It's an awesome class. Great exercises that anyone can do at their own pace, yet challenging. Great instructor as well. She takes the time to make sure everyone knows how to do the exercises.
The instructors are great. Hard to find a place where more than 70% of the instructors are actually good and kind instructors. The members that attend are friendly. It's a peaceful studio. Most studios it feels like you can't say hello to others and here, most people are very friendly. Feels like a get a good workout each time.
Well run, clean, good teachers, friendly atmosphere.
