The instructor was very good at meeting the needs of beginners and advanced practitioners. Temperature was perfect not too hot. Pace was perfect for me.
I love Casa D Hot Yoga! I just wish you had more hot HIIT classes at 6:30 in the morning. I like to work out early in the morning and you need more 6:30 AM classes!!! Domenica and Amanda are my favorite teachers!!! Please have more 6:30 AM classes Monday-Friday for 45 minutes. Or it would be great if you could also have a Hot HIIT class late Sunday mornings.
Facility is always clean. Always available to answer questions and accommodate. Very sweet staff. When instructor sees a client doing a position wrong, they go out of their way to correct in a sweet manner that benefits the whole class. They are GREAT at remembering clients name, which is also a very sweet touch that's welcoming.
