The class was intense but it was my first time .
The instructor was amazing 😉
He kept it fun but very positive by keep us all engaged in the class . He understands the everyone is different and he motivated us all as a whole !! I love how it was my first day and he knew my name and encourage me to keep going .
Ailing is the best
Brittany was amazing & welcoming. There just a handful of people in the class which was nice. Facility was clean!!
