The classes were "HOT" & the instructor did a good job.
Atmosphere is laid back, convenient, and comfortable.

Clean place and room temperature is perfect. Enough classes during the day to pick from. Teachers are nice. Though, I took the hot vinyasa class yesterday at 4:30 and the teacher could have been more interactive. Even though it was my first class with her, she never checked on me during class . No interaction with us three. Too automated.
