Why? My experience there was amazing, it's everything I expected plus more. The instructors are great. I felt at home after this morning class. Being A former four years college football player I know hard work and the results that comes from it and I must admit after getting my butt kick with girls. I love it. I received the challenge and the sweat 💦 I needed. I love it there and I love everything there more so it's not easy. Thanks for pushing me.

The studio is beautiful and Penny Itscovitz is the best instructor
I am a yoga fan but recently I have not found good studios close to my house that offer Bikram or hot Vinyasa. I had been to Casa D once before for a Bikram class and loved it but it isfar away for my house and I have a very busy schedule, which makes it impossible to go. This weekend I found out you are now giving classes via ZOOM and tried them out. It was perfect, the classes are great and I can do it at home with no issues. The instructors are very knowledgeable in the various types of yoga, service is very professional and the Zoom setup was great. I am very happy that now I get to do my yoga classes again! Thank you!
