I was impressed by the whole experience. I haven't been to a yoga class in over 15 years - maybe longer 😬 and never Bikram yoga. My instructor was friendly and welcoming. I felt she/the studio were very safe with Covid precautions but not so extreme that everything felt uncomfortable. The instructor made me feel involved and challenged in my first class, without "calling me out" as a newcomer. I can't wait to go back!

Engaging instructor, clean and properly heated studio. I have had experience in studios that claim 105 degrees but waa not.
