Instructor was amazing and so was the class , I have a new respect for Hot yoga 🧘♀️ it was my very first class and they all made me feel comfortable and motivated me to keep going . Like I said amazing teacher and great class 🙏 I will definitely recommend more people to Casa D hot studios
