Great place. Loved the vlsss
It was my first time there. First time even doing yoga. Wasn't sure what to expect. It was hard for me, the heat was intense. I didn't know what I was doing. But i never felt judged for my inability to go at it 100% (which was one of my concerns going into it). The instructor was very kind and encouraging. I appreciated that very much. I intend on going back very soon.
