Carrollwood Day Spa is a nearly hidden gem just off North Dale Mabry in Carrollwood Village. It is a welcome respite from regular daily life to walk into its quiet, calming, restorative environment. My therapist, whom I've seen twice, is a very talented young man who not only has a great touch, but also a great memory. He remembered specific things I needed in our previous appointment several months before. I say "remembered" because I got the impression they do not take notes on their clients. I saw no clipboards, and I was not asked to fill in any paperwork indicating areas of complaint or desired area of therapeutic work. I had the lucky opportunity to chat with the owner, Cynthia, about her journey to acquiring the Carrollwood Day Spa. She is a caring, compassionate and big-picture business owner who is a former massage therapist who understands the needs of her employees. This puts me, as a therapist myself and a loyal customer, in good hands from a therapeutic and a financial point of view. I may get skewered by the public for this, but I believe their prices are fair but actually a bit low given the value received. I heartily recommend the Carrollwood Day Spa for their convenience, professional and talented staff, and financial value.

I was suffering from a Migraine when I made an appt for a deep tissue massage. The staff was very kind and welcoming and I was given Jason for some well needed relief. He was amazing!!! I will be back and asking for Jason again.
