I have been an off and on regular for many years. I've been taking a few classes a week over the past month. The lovely Carrie has done an amazing job! The studio looks amazing and is always spotless. The front desk staff and studio manager are always warm and welcoming. Every instructor has been challenging while emphasizing proper form & pacing as well as offering modifications. Only the mega former gives me killer abs!

Alyssa is a great instructor! I’m not necedsarily a beginner since Ive been to about ten classes but like to occasionally go to a beginner class to get a refresher on terms and form. She’s very attentive and talks slow enough to understand what she’s saying and explaining.
