• Serene spa atmosphere, professional service, I always loved that it's located in a house and not a sterile business building.

• Because i know the level of experience that can be provided but disappointed we didnt get that service on this visit. Was my daughters 30th birthday and first time to carriel and she missed the full spa day experience. She didnt get flip flops when she arrived, no robe. Her pedicure lady asked if she chose not to wear the flip flops and she said no one told her. A little gift was put together in place of missing the experience which was a nice gesture.
