• I'm always happy with my visits -- however, my appointment on Oct. 1 was exceptional. It seemed like there was a glitch in the system and my appointment wasn't on the schedule even though I pre-booked after my previous appointment. I was fully prepared to come back on another day, but the woman at the counter said, "Let's see what we can do" and looked at Aman's schedule. There was an opening and they saw me right away. I thought to myself that it was possible that Aman would have been done for the day before I showed up -- and if she was, she never said anything and was as pleasant and accommodating as ever. I really appreciated not having to come back.

• First reason; no one was speaking a foreign language. Secondly, it was a private area, no one there to judge your feet... Thirdly; the equipment was good quality. No "cheese grater" used on my feet!!
