• I was greeted by name and welcomed warmly. The massage therapist, Sandra, did a phenomenal job working out my kinks. She checked throughout the massage to ensure that the pressure was just right. I really enjoyed that after the massage I could order a cup of tea from the very warm and friendly woman at the desk. I like that it's full service. Thank you for your great staff and environment.

• Space is nice Staff is nice Services are affordable The only thing I wish was different - the plunge pool policy on no lotion, hair products, sweat etc before entering. It's pretty gnarly when the water gets cloudy 😔
