• Space is nice Staff is nice Services are affordable The only thing I wish was different - the plunge pool policy on no lotion, hair products, sweat etc before entering. It's pretty gnarly when the water gets cloudy 😔

• Feel great after massage. She talked a lot which actually kept my mind off my stressors and instead of my mind racing during a silent massage, it helped me relax in body while keeping my mind occupied. Very needed.
