• I loved the way our yoga instructor held space for us and guided us through shivasana at the end. I've never heard a body scan done that way, it was so helpful. And then she had us fill our energy field (outside our bodies, like 6 feet around us) with light, and that was so amazing too!! Left totally relaxed and feeling whole :)
