• The full studio experience from start to finish felt so welcoming and safe. The space was fresh, clean and warm. The instructor was kind, approachable, and molded the practice to exactly what was needed by the class. We did some good old standbys that felt comforting and some new mind blowing poses I will for sure be adding to my daily routine.
