• The owner was so nice. She let me try the fire ice room and talked about it and explained it to me. I was a little late and she gave me a few more minutes. Sorry about that btw. She was kind and I didn't realize I was the last person if the days . She could have just said you're late and cut my session. Thank you to her.

• Love the instructors and staff, love the variety of class offerings, and love the virtual option which makes it still possible to attend class even if I am home alone with kiddos! Thank you all!

• The atmosphere was amazing, I felt supported throughout the class. I also was very pleased with the gracious welcome from staff and tour around the facility. The only reason I give it a 9 is the pricing. Slightly spendy, but very worth it in my opinion.
