• When I come into Carlyle from the stresses of the day, I feel that I can let go of those stresses with the immediate attention Carlyle's employees give to me: "Hi, can I get you anything? Water, coffee, tea, a little mimosa, popcorn?" "Your hairstylist will be with you in just a moment." The soothing decor colors of beige, soft peaches, sages with large windows and high ceilings give a sense of uplifting spirit. The women are good listeners, engage in conversation, and are efficient. They are talented in their craft and I leave feeling more beautiful and peaceful than when I arrived! Thank you, I will come again and again and again.

• Of course! We have been searching for years for a stylist who can create a clean-cut look for a young boy that is something other than a crew cut but passes the ever-changing likes of a pre-teen. Ellie is so hip, and listens but masterfully sways him towards her expert recommendations! Brilliant!
