• It was my first time getting a facial. Karen was patient and informative , she took the time to explain everything, step by step, so I would know what to expect. She was very personable as well as professional and helped me relax. The spa was very quaint and I really appreciated that there weren't high pressure "sales" of their products. Overall, a very pleasurable experience that I would recommend to anyone.
