  • Love the class.. helps break the sedentary routine. Relaxing yoga at the end... Wish there were more classes early morning ~6 (to attend before work). Wish there was a better gender ratio - so that I don't feel awkward for being the only guy in the class.

  • I have loved working out from a young age but as I get older I am aware that the constant pounding and muscle exertion needs recovery. I liked that the workout combined yoga poses, with flexibility, stretching, along with light weights for toning. I would recommend it be added in for people that are used to intense cardio and/or strength training because I see it as a good transitional workout. While you get the flexibility work in you don't have to completely give up the increase in heart rate from rapid/repeated movements or the toning from the light weights. The small class setting was intimate and I was able to go at my own pace. The studio is conveniently located in town, the free trial appreciated, the classes are fairly priced, and the instructor was experienced and professional!
