My son participated in a group class with some of his travel soccer teammates. He absolutely loves Capstone - he is enthusiastic about going week to week. I like that the the training sessions are energetic and constantly active, and teach agility and teamwork. My son gets a real workout when he is there! I also have found the coaches to be appropriately stern and fun at the same time "I'm a star! I'm a star!" I highly recommend Capstone to anyone!

The facility is great and always clean. The coaches get the kids excited and the kids are always engaged and having fun! My son loves soccer now and he never used to before.
