• Today kids involved in travel sports are supposed to show up and perform. They don't work on proper athletic performance , injury prevention or injury rehab. Capstone trainers not only understand this - they know how to make good athletes great. Not to mention provide mentorship for young athletes because they know from experience what it takes and how to handle the highs and the lows which is invaluable especially when lows involve the pressure to perform and injury recovery
