  • Great atmosphere and Derek seems to be great with the kids and knows his trade. I feel like my kids will be well trained here with good guidance on technique, etc to avoid injury.

  • Chase is fantastic. My 12 year old son wanted training for speed. His form has greatly improved as has his confidence-which has translated into being quicker. More importantly, Chase has taught my son to take responsibility for his own conditioning and recovery. He now works trains and prepares for games on his own with no prompting from his parents!
