• First of all, the place smelled incredible! And it's was warm and inviting. The receptionist helped me quickly and kindly. Mericke, my wax specialist, introduced herself and I instantly felt at ease. Even throughout the session, she made me feel safe and comfortable. She explained the products that she was going to use on me and the proper after-care. The soothing music in the background combined with her gentleness actually made it a pretty painless experience! I will 100% go back to her again and will tell all my friends to as well!
