• Nina provided exceptional customer care and paid very close attention to detail. She is lovely, hardworking, nurturing and gentle. I felt virtually no pain during and after the service and there are no hairs in sight! Nina gave me great skincare tips, made sure I was comfortable, and the communication/conversation was great. I have been going to Wax On Spa for over 10 years, and it is always amazing, but that was the best waxing session I’ve ever had! I highly recommend Nina - she is wonderful!
