• Such an amazing first experience with cryo therapy! I track my sleep and hit my lowest resting heart rate in 190 days, my sleep was deeper with higher HRV/deep sleep/REM sleep than the last week. My pain was lowered in my back and my recovery for the week felt greater on my rest day than last weeks. I will definitely be back in the future!
