• I was experiencing severe shoulder pain and neck muscle soreness. I was getting massage and chiropractic treatment; my Chiropractor suggested trying Cryo. It was vital that I had upper body strength because I was having a hysterectomy in a couple days. I'm not going to lie...it was COLD! But she was so encouraging and very good at explaining what was happening. I only went in for 2 minutes since it was my first time. When I came out I was breathing fast and my heart rate was elevated...like a I just finished a sprint! I felt so good and quickly noticed my blood flowing to warm me up. That evening I was pain free with full range of motion. I only felt slight neck muscle strain the next morning. I had my surgery yesterday and still feel amazing!
