It is good to be able to know short comings after the assessments and then try to improve with the patient guidance of physiologists especially at my age bracket of over 70 when one tends to expect deterioration

I'd thoroughly recommend Cancerfit for friends that are going through Cancer treatment. It's a very friendly atmosphere to work out in, with excellent Exercise Physios to assist you achieve your personal program . Then Dr Lina Puglia sees you personally to give you feedback on your program results. Also other members are very friendly and supportive of your progress, as most have been through it themselves. The care & expertise demonstrated by CancerFit staff is consistently high & compassionate in nature. After a recent break from gym, based on illness, it was so lovely to be welcomed back by staff who know my name & greeted me personally.. Further, receiving a call from Alison (Yoga Instructor) to let me know personally a new instructor would be guiding the class in her absence, is a great example of the standard of care provided at CancerFit. What's more the new instructor Michelle did a brilliant job & guided the class on a beautiful meditation inc. tour of a Balinese Villa! (virtually of course)! Outstanding care & expertise that I am incredibly grateful for. Thank you @ Team CancerFit!!
