Since my wife and I joined a month ago, the whole experience has been phenomenal. The care and attention the whole team take with each person is truly remarkable and uplifting to be part of. For someone who was not fit and didn’t particularly like gyms, the fact the experience has turned me back on to exercise. There is an intense focus on getting the exercise right, rather than pushing too hard and it really helps build confidence, whilst protecting you from injury. It is my wife Ann who has had cancer. She has loved the experience and it has given her confidence. For me, to see the love and care the Cancer Fit team has embraced her with has been astounding to me and I will be forever grateful. I have found the training staff to be very supportive, patient, knowledgeable and encouraging. They are always there to show me how to do the exercises the correct way to produce the best results. There is also no shortage of equipment and I get to use them without having to wait a long time. A lot of thought has been given to planning and programming my exercises and I enjoy doing them.
