I believe her name was Alicia? can't remember, but the therapist who did my laser hair removal appointment was great! I got there almost an hour early and she was able to see me early. She was friendly and made me feel comfortable when I'm usually very shy with my body. She answered all of my questions and helped me sign up for cool sculpting. She even booked my upcoming appointments for cool sculpting and laser. I left feeling confident and happy! (Just wish I remember her name!)
