Alicia gave me a small sample of the hyaluronic acid serum and a sample of the cleanser serum where most places usually refused to give me samples before in the past. Anyway, I tried them alone from my usual routine and it's made a huge difference! I'm actually in love with the products and I do plan on buying the full bottles when I come in for my next appointment. Also, I found her to be really kind and informative. She was open to all my questions and answered all of them with enthusiasm. She wasn't pushy at all and made me feel totally comfortable during my whole consultation. A few consultations I've been to in the past while I've been shopping around, the consultant was way too pushy to sell large packages and made me feel really uncomfortable so I just opted not to go back to that clinic anymore. I liked my first experience with your clinic and hope that it will stay consistent should my trial appointment go well.
