• Appointments are easy to schedule, they start on time, I love being walked through why the acupuncturist chose certain spots on the body. The praxis has a calm, homey feel to it.

• The front desk was untrained and caused confusion. They also said I don't have benefits for massage, and when I called my insurance company, they said I do indeed have coverage for massage. I also don't like the business practice of collecting money from a client with previously verified benefits. Sunny and Christina were both AMAZING.
