I love coming to CCP! The trainers are amazing, the classes are fun and interesting, and the gym itself is super cute and trendy! Fun colors, great sound system, club lighting... I don't even feel like I am working out, but my clothes fit better than ever and my health has improved tremendously!!

The classes, instructors and other participants make CCP a wonderful, welcoming and encouraging place to work out. The classes are varied and challenging. There are many options for times and types of classes. The 5am and 6 am classes are the best way to start my day!
