• I walked in for a haircut and was instantly greeted with smiles and a warm welcome! Everyone was phenomenally friendly and welcoming. The wait time was minimal and I was offered a refreshment while I waited. My hair was washed and my scalp was massaged by a lovely young woman whose name I did not catch. My hair was wonderfully cut and styled by Madison who was such a breath of fresh air! Everything about the experience was perfect and so relaxing!

• My hairdresser Britney is awesome, the front counter staff Sherry, Lynn & others are fabulous too. The girl that washed my hair & gave scalp massage this time could be a bit more gentle & give longer scalp massage. I have been a Cactus Club customer for about 35 years now😀Sandy C.
