• I love the staff and their customer service. I especially like the no tipping policy. The prices include tip so there is no guess work here. Also if your regular stylist is away it's easy to switch to another and the costs remain the same for the same level stylist.

• I had another wonderful massage with ERIN. I was so sad to hear that she's leaving, although really happy she's taking care of herself, and taking the time she needs to do that. She is an amazing THERAPIST - not just a massage therapist, but she was like a trusted friend who I was able to open up to and discuss important things that were going on in my life. I hope I'm able to find another RMT at the Spa who is as amazing as Erin is. Good luck Erin!! I'll miss you.
