• I gave you the highest score as the service was above and beyond expectations. I was never rushed or felt like my stylist had "overbooked " her time. ...which would be my biggest complaint of the last salon I attended. For example.....the last time I went to my previous salon.....too busy to give a head massage with shampoo/rinse. I look forward to a few minutes massage of my scalp. The last salon I attended had outdated magazines (2016,2017). Your salon had current ones to read. Again....a small thing, but no one wants to read 2-3 year old news. My stylist was very attentive and helpful with questions I asked, and also helpful with suggestions. I liked the booked consultation time. Thanks "Kelsey". My coffee cup was refilled many times. WhenI book an appointment at a salon/spa.....this is "me" time and I want it to be a relaxing and enjoyable time. I picked your salon out of many listedin yellow pages....(some of us older ladies still use them). It was a good pick! Thanks once again.
