• Difficulty at check out using gift cards. I had two on file, but newly trained staff only saw one, and charged remainder of massage to credit card. Which I thought I was the product I bought. In the end the second gift card was used, also, and $4.00 to $5.00 was refunded back on my Mastercard. It took a long time to resolve.
