• The air inside the pod was a bit chilly for me (maybe 1 or 2 degrees F), which made it hard to fully relax because the unsubmerged portion of my body was too cool. Upon exiting the pod, the air OUTSIDE was so cool (4-5 degrees, at least) that it was shocking and detracted from the pod experience.

• It felt like it was really good for me. I had a great nap afterwards, and slept soundly last night, which is fantastic considering life long issues with insomnia.
