• It was my first experience and I was super nervous before the appt. I rescheduled for a month because of life events and not having time. Last night, I finally got to float! From beginning to end, it was perfect. Veronica was amazing and very thorough with us before the float. I kept thinking that I wouldn't be able to relax because I'm an over thinker and have high anxiety. I also said I wouldn't close the pod. But, once I rinsed off and got into the pod, I was already at ease. I started to let my body relax, limb by limb and clear my mind. It was the most relaxed I've ever been. My mind didn't wander and I was able to fully relax in the pod, closed pod. When I awoke(yes, I fell into a deep mediation 3 times and twitched myself out of it and went right back into a deep mediation), I felt energized yet relaxed. I tried the oxygen bar with lavender afterwards and it was the icing on my relaxing cake! Today, I referred pretty much half of the sales floor to try it out. Since we're in sales, were always stressed and don't know how to relax. So what better way than a float! I'm setting myself up with a membership and can't wait to make this part of my weekly routine.

• The facility is very clean and all around very nice. She wasnt pushy or overbearing. It was a very pleasant experience. Now the actual float, I didnt expect it would be as beneficial as it was to me physically. My back a day later is still loosened up. Nothing has done that. No amount of massage. Chiropractic treatment. Exercise. Stretches and breathing exercises. None of it has done what floating has, in a single day. Very impressed with both True Rest and sensory deprivation.

• When I turned the light on at the end of my session I saw black mold under the head area. Other than that it was very relaxing.
