All the ladies were very sweet and let me know about the business. The lady who helped me do my cryo was very helpful with instructions and talked to me while I was shivering so it wasn't bad being so cold. I also let her know what my injuries were and she told me other options they have to help. It was a very great experience and not time consuming at all.
