• Massage was different from what I have had before, as in the motions used for massage. Also, Rob seemed to want to talk most of the time. He is a nice guy but I did not feel I got the relaxation and stess relief I was looking forward to

• Massage was great, office was lovely, appointment was quickly scheduled, only reason score is not a ten is that you can't talk to anyone on the telephone, if you have an emergency you can't reach a person in the office.
