Overall, the service and the provider was a total 10! However, there was another provider that kept abruptly interrupting the service due to the behavior of another client. While I understand that the person needed assistance, it felt a quite disturbing to have my service interrupted continuously, even after my provider (Jovana) told her that she was in a session with a client multiple times. Although I do not know the situation with the client in question--I highly doubt that it was an emergency, nor something that the other Technician could not have handled by herself. I believe she was nervous and perhaps that was due to how the client was engaging or possibly speaking to her, as I overheard her state that the client was really upset. Again, not taking away from Jovana--she is a gem and did exactly what was in her capability and power to make my service a great one. However, the actions of the other Technician made me feel devalued and not as tranquil as my prior appointment. Help of the service is being able to conduct

The staff was very professional and understanding. She listened to what I had to say before making any recommendations. She understood my frustration but also truthful about the goal I am trying to achieve. Honesty is a business practice that all businesses should practice. So thank you and I’m looking forward to my first treatment.
