The first time I walked in to enquire about services I was able to have a quick informal consultation. Then I called one day asking when the next available appointment was and they were able to schedule me for an hour from then (SCORE!). The office is clean and clutter free. The receptionist was absolutely lovely and so was Jana, my injector. Eventhough it was not my first time Jana explained so much to me! The only other times I've had botox was from a board certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon. She isn't looking to up-charge and was so honest and informative on "getting my money's worth". I left feeling very comfortable and confident in Jana and the BYou Laser clinic at the flatbush location in BK.
