• This is the first time that I've had exceptional customer service at the front desk. The girl working was the SWEETEST ever. I've never had a bad experience but this one did stick out as extra nice. While the turnover of estheticians can be frustrating, it's understandable in todays time. With that being said, I've had about 3 girls in the past year that have done a good job. I used to go to karmjeet and never once had an issue. I'm definitely not one to complain which is why if I have a not great experience I just switch estheticians but I am hopeful that at some point the turnover won't be as bad and I can continue going to one person.
