Professional, clean, welcoming, and Alex was quick yet, efficient. I didn't feel any pain getting my Brazilian wax. So happy! I will definitely return for routinely waxing.

Fast appointment availability, everyone was kind and helpful, technician put anxiety at ease, good job waxing exactly what I wanted. Only complaint is she did not ask about my allergies prior to having me purchase bump treatment. Upon getting home, I read not to use if allergic to aspirin which I am. Called and receptionist said I could return it with no issue. Will see if allowed to return next Thursday 8th as I have no time to drive it back until then. Will use salon again versus driving an hour to previous one used for 15 years.
