The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I visited your location in Odlsmar and (Cillea) sorry for the spelling, greatest me and answered all my questions when I walked in the door. The beautician who did my first Brazilian waxing was gentle and had fantastic bedside manners. She was genuinely nice and made me feel at ease.
