• BURN has changed my body in awesome ways. I get tons of compliments on how much weight I've lost and how I've reshaped. I have more energy now and totally look forward to my workouts. The instructors are terrific and really take the time to put together playlists that rock your workout. I'm addicted to SPIN (aka BURNCycle) in the best of ways. Can't wait to try the other classes.

• I get an amazing workout in just 45 minutes. Great music and instructors that keep you motivated. My heart rate gets much higher here than in other spin classes helping me to burn more calories
