• I enjoy the experience at the gym but I wish that you all would enforce the current mask mandate at the gym. At any time, only a fraction of the folks at the gym are wearing masks. I appreciate that most of the employees wear masks, but due to the current outbreak AND the Statewide indoor mask mandate, you all should be enforcing the rules, regardless of how the management may feel about masking.

• As always, it was a great workout at bootcamp, and Ken did a fantastic job challenging us to push past the comfort zone.

• I have great workouts at Burien Freedom Fitness. Yesterday I brought a friend of mine who is a personal trainer who has finished 6 full Ironman. She and I finished the Lake Steven sprint tri last weekend. We had a great class with Ken and she bought a punch card the next day so she can come back for more.
