Olivia is amazing. I ran into some traffic on the way, and called ahead to let her know. She let me know she may not be able to do the full treatment I had booked in, but when I arrived she was able to complete the full treatment with speed AND skill!! I appreciated her open and honest communication about the possible change but then also her commitment to giving me the treatment I had booked in. She provided valuable information and some suggestions for aftercare for me that I really appreciated.
