I've been to buff wax spot Skyview a few times now to do brow work.
It was my first time getting a Brazilian wax and Kali was sooooo kind, patient, informative and made me feel so comfortable (as I was kind of nervous).
But she kept everything light and kept having conversations with me, made jokes and making sure I was okay in the process.
Not a moment where I felt uncomfortable, embarrassed or nervous.
